A small vase with a wide trumpet mouth that narrows to a rounded band, then steps out again to a flared foot. The shape is simple and sits somewhere between a church vessel and a kitchen shelf.
Pewter. Stamped Zuiver Tin (Dutch for pure tin) and Rio Tiel. Made in Tiel, Holland. 20th century.
The surface has worn to a soft grey with a gentle shine on the high points. Good for a few short stems or dried flowers.
Height 13.5 cm, diameter 11.5 cm at the rim.
Condition: good vintage condition. Light scratches and small surface marks consistent with age. Rim slightly out of round.
