When it comes to vintage items, it's good to remember that some might be in excellent condition, while others may have a few imperfections. Even if they're not perfect, we believe these pieces still have plenty of life left in them.
These items might show signs of wear — like blemishes, missing parts, scratches, dents, chips, or small fixes. I always highlight any major flaws in the item description, but I recommend taking a good look before purchasing.
Each piece is cleaned thoroughly before being listed, and polished when needed (especially silver or metal items). I handle everything myself, with care and attention to detail.
Shipping info
I ship from the Netherlands and offer worldwide shipping.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, based on the size and weight of your order. If your country isn’t listed, feel free to get in touch — I’ll check what’s possible.
Delivery times:
Netherlands: 1-3 working days
European Union: 3-7 working days
Everywhere else: 7-14 working days
Orders are packed and shipped within 2–4 business days. I use reused and recyclable packaging whenever I can, and I take extra care with fragile pieces — lots of padding, double boxing when needed, and always marked as “fragile.”
returns & exchanges
I hope you love your order, but if you change your mind, you’re entitled to return your item within 14 days of delivery under EU consumer law.
To start a return, please email me at contact@toandfro.store within 14 days of receiving your order. The item must be returned unused, in its original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
Because most items are vintage and one-of-a-kind, I do my best to describe and photograph them clearly — please review listings carefully before purchasing.
I pack fragile pieces with a lot of care — issues are rare, but I’m here if anything goes wrong. If something arrives damaged or not as described, please get in touch within 48 hours of delivery (with photos if possible), and I’ll do my best to resolve it.
lost or delayed packages
Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link by email. International orders can sometimes take a bit longer due to customs or local delays. If it looks like your parcel is stuck, just reach out — I’ll check from my side too.
Customs & Import Fees
If you’re ordering from outside the EU, your country may charge customs or import taxes. These fees are the buyer’s responsibility.
