At to&fro, we believe the most interesting homes aren't "styled"—they are evolved. We look for the character that comes from intentional contrasts; a design Yin and Yang that brings a room to life.
The collection is built on the friction between eras. We love the visual dialogue created by placing a chalky antique vessel against a cool, patinated Mid Century chrome lamp, or letting a warm Scandinavian wood form sit alongside the geometric lines of Art Deco. Even when these pieces are decades apart, they share a soul that makes a space feel personal and real.

Alongside our vintage finds, we create one-of-a-kind necklaces and bag talismans using vintage beads sourced across Europe. These are discovery-led pieces—we find the materials first, then let their specific form and history dictate the design. Like our decor, they are markers of character that can’t be replicated.
The name to&fro is a nod to the journey our finds take across decades and borders before finally landing in your hands. We source pieces that have lived before so your home can feel truly lived-in: warm, authentic, and full of the character that only comes from imperfection.
meet the founder
After ten years in marketing, I decided to step away from digital brands to focus on the tactile world I’ve always been drawn to.
to&fro is a reflection of that transition—a way to celebrate the beauty of craft, form, and material through the objects I offer. Whether I’m sourcing vintage across Europe or hand-assembling jewelry from beads I’ve found along the way, the goal is always to find pieces that carry a sense of history and honest character.
I now live and work in Amstelveen, the Netherlands, with my husband.
