A flat, moon-shaped vase with a spiral shell in relief across the front. The spiral starts tight near the base and opens out toward the rim. Each band is combed with fine lines, so the surface changes as the light moves across it.
Matte bisque exterior with a glossy white glaze inside the neck. Unmarked. 1980s.
It works on its own on a shelf or mantel, or with a few dried stems.

Condition: very good vintage condition. Light surface marks in the grooves consistent with age. No chips or cracks.
